The program is designed to give businesses in North America the opportunity to find workers in industries that generally have labor shortages. This can be done through the https://www.candidates4u.com/ database, a candidate search system containing profiles created by job seekers.
The program’s mission is to help solve staffing shortages with foreign workers from Mexico and United States, also to increase abroad employment opportunities for residents of Canada.

Candidate requirements:
1- Must be 18+ years old
2- Must be a resident of Canada, United States, or Mexico
3- Have no criminal record in any of the three countries
