During the signing, the President of CUSMEX, Victor Rosales, delivered to the Ministry of Economy a list of product requirements requested by foreign companies—demonstrating CUSMEX’s commitment to taking immediate action to connect companies in Guanajuato with real export opportunities and international supply chains.

“CUSMEX is ready to begin today,” Rosales stated.

Following the ceremony, the delegation presented CUSMEX’s six strategic programs, designed to expand Mexico’s presence in the international market:

Special emphasis was placed on Manufacture for North America, a program that integrates Mexican companies into supply chains in Canada, the United States, and Europe—boosting nearshoring, import substitution, and new productive opportunities for Guanajuato.
